Sunday 9am: berbekalkan doa berbakul2, maka meluncur J-gua merentasi Federal Highway. As nervous as ever but they say driving along the FH on a Sunday is a breeze. Really? Akan ku buktikan!
Waah, ni sudah bessst. Highway cam deserted aje. Very da good. In less than 15mts dah tiba SS1, Teh's house. Clap3, another achievement for me, yeah! Last week SJ-SA and now SJ-PJ. Have had to drive alone as hubby as usual keje .. "AHAD PUN KEJE JUGAAK"? Kedengaran suara mak mentua yg tak baper nak pircaya menantunya keje walhal orang lain boleh gi piknik, syopping dan berlaypak2an. Namun hubby dah takde mak mentua you, maka suara ala2 mak mentua tadi tu datang dari mana ek?? Hmmm, jangan pandang depan..!
Dari SS1 ke Seremban berkonvoi 2 keta. I tumpang keta BIL, and another car was driven by Ngah (total 9 persons). Mission to Seremban is to visit Ndja, another sister who had just been transfered there from Kedah. Kononnya berkonvoi tapi keta BIL yg I numpang jauh tinggal kebelakang. How can u expect to arrive Seremban in a jiffy if you drive at a speed of 70kph? Hehehe, look who's talking? I keji ek ngumpat abang ipor sendiri.
Dlm keta, I dok sms my sis in the other car and sis yg menunggu kat Seremban tu. Kiranya live telecast telling them the actual location of the kura2 car. One of my sms to them: I jeling speedometer, menten @70kph jer. Tak naik sedigit pun. My kaki dok tekan2 sampai nak berlubang ni ha.., sibaek Salim hiburkan suci dlm debu".
BIL ni mmg femes tak bawak keta lebih dari 70kph. It doesn't matter if his car can really speed or not. Dulu we all wat joke, bila BIL drove from KL-JB/KL-Penang, sure keta dia penuh dgn cobweb (tak kiralah cobweb tarantula or black maria)..heheh... U all mesti tak dpt tangkap joke ni khaan? Kahkahkah... takpe, takpe .. (nanti I cuba wat joke lagi eh?).
At last we arrived at Zebrina safe n sound with great hunger pang. Tak sempat panas kerusi yg diduduk, we all beramai2 gembira ria pi breakfast kat Kafe DZ. Makan lontong with sambal sotong n kuah kacang.. Burp!! Alhamdulillah. OTW home beli goreng pisang dan manggis.
Sesi berkemas .. unpack this and that. I chose to kemas the pantry. Ya Rabbi!! My sis ni taklah selalu & rajin memasak (haha kita ngumpat kakak sendiri dosa ke?) tapi .. Ya Rabbi (sekali lagi). Sebut pasal TEH aje dah berbagai jenis. I told her teh2 tu boleh tahan hingga 7 keturunan (no joke). HONEY@madu, mak-aii! berbotol2. Essence buat kueh berbotol2, jelly dlm kotak, berkotak2 (jelly to make TRIFLE. Yes dia mmg expert). Maggi-maggot (hic), canned food berENTEM2 (sepatah kata oghang Muor). Tetiba ada pulak seplastik besar cili kering (haha.. berkutulah kau wahai cili), and mind you, the list goes on and on and on ...
Apapun dia ni memang lebar tapak tangan, suka membeli dan membeli tapi tersangatlah pemurah orangnya (all Cancerians are like that whaat..ehem). Tu I tak touch on her cooking utensils, plates & saucers, cups & mugs lagi.. Masyaallah... PAP! (u all kena tepok dahi gak to get the feel!)
