16 Ramadhan .,.

Tuan besar realized (subuh tadi) that Tam, Yam n Ham dah terlepas lari. Yam and Ham are still babies, so we thought they don't know or don't have the guts yet to roam further than the vicinity of our home. True enough, Ham n Yam were lepaking bawah kereta aje. Tuan besar managed to usher in both of them into their crib without hassle but where's Tam, their mother?

When I went outside to collect the paper, Tam made an appearance, meowing away. "Tam? dah balik dah? pergi mana tadi? Wahwahwaaah... meh masuk". That wahwahwah was blurted out upon seeing Tam home accompanied by one knight in not-so-shining furs. After just a few hours of freedom, Tam managed to wink2 the neighbourhood jigolo Persia mari; balik rumah siap berhantar lagi. With Tam, you can't play2 as she is the baby maker. Tak larat 'jaga cucu' taw.

Hari raya.. oh hari raya. If only cats wore baju cam kita manusia, I think I would be the busiest MUM ever. There are 11 of them. What to get for Gate? What's the latest fashion for a 7-year old boy? Then there are Tin and Bon, both are females same age as Gate. What's the latest trend now for gals? I've lost touch on all this. Maybe Kak T could give some advice. Haissh! enuf.. enuf.. melarat dah nih.

Well.. we had chicken rice for berbuka. Since I have this BIG CITA2 to make keria myself, I pun into my element berusaha sedaya upaya to wash, kerat2 and boil half bijik of the pumpkin. I hope to make TB/D/T proud of me that I can make keria just like that! (sambil memetik jari tapi haram tak keluaq bunyi, ngeh2).

Since my microwave chose to be a Sleeping Beauty, I terfaksa BOIL the pumpkin. They look so promising, yes???

If I were to cari sesuap nasi by being a keria seller, ntahlah ek? I mesti nangis belakang pintu! I better divert to selling 'banana fritters' ajelah kot?

After the chicken rice do, I rasa tersangat penat mengalahkan masak sekawah. 2nd round of Yassin had me stopped at page 8, hadoii *setan ditambat tapi...* I terus terlelap (and I had forgotten totally about the keria dough).

Latest update: 17 Ramadhan

2am: What was I doing kneading the dough at this wee hour?? Awat still lembut namun I managed to shape a few (shape unlike the normal keria look) and had them fried.

3am: The dough is sleeping nicely inside the cold room. No one should know that TODAY on 16/17th Ramadhan, I had ever ventured into making keria (but why dolu kala I could make keria penuh keriaan??). Mesti ada hikmahnya. Maybe Allah tak nak keRIA tu jadi keRIAK on my part if all of you duk memuji2 atas kejayaan I, kan? kan?

VERDICT: Tak mau bitau, tak nak tak nak nehi nehi ... (CCTV off)

U cats lover ye..ahaks..sama dgn hubby I..tak larat wei depa asyik wat hal kat atas rumput....Tapi tak de la sampai 11 ye...nasib baik! Dah start kuih raya ke?

I advise u, CS.. Walau apapun, u jgn jual goreng pisang, lempeng pisang atau cekodok pisang.. sbb nnt u kena berebut dgn customers u.. U kan peminat nombor 1 pisang?

Tp kalau u nak jual daun atau jantung pisang, I sokong!!

MrsWJ: benda alah tu masih sepi dlm esbok. Meruntun gak jiwa I tiap kali bukak esbok tu.. Caner nak buat cek mek? Yg ada air gula tu ke?
Bab kucing, hadoiii.. yg sampai 11 tu sbb kesian kat kucing n kesian kat anak punya pasal.


JA: I think I'll stick to selling 'whatever pisang'; kalau org tak beli sekali pun, garenti licin I n T kejekan. Taklah I ngongoi2 belakang pintu, kan? (disambut dgn 4x lagi 'kan').


Azieda: Yes beb, 11. Kat belakang rumah ada 5 yang menagih kasih dan sesuap nasik. Ciann taw..


Last but not least JA.. yg nama Jam tu sensitip k? Yes, takde nama SOM sbb nama tu khas untuk karekter drama Melayu aje tapikan tapiii.. I ada male friend from Thai nama Sompop(corn?), heheh.

I yg tak pandai masak ni, pandai gak makan...tapi seumur hidup I belum penah merasa keria pumpkin, bukan ke orang buat dgn ubi kekeldek? (sori eh...soklan i mcm bodoh je?)...satu lagi menu utk u KIV kan nanti dalam pelarian I ke rumah sebelah u k? (Jgn lupa, NO1 wantan mee)

Disebabkan u self confess pisang addict and dessert lover, nanti i bagi satu resipi puding pisang raja in custard sauce? Camna? Bunyi mcm sedap tak? Bgtau i kalu u dah ada, sebab penat i duduk menaip dengan sakit tulang cenonggeng ni!

CS, menang u lah dgn 11, i ada 8 jer!

ANNE: Sesungguhnya mmg betul keria dibuat dari keledek tapi I ingin 'mencuba' guna labu since I pernah buat roti labu dan berjaya satu ketika dulu. This time around, grrr! so takdelah I nak menjamu sesaper. Malu jer.
Wantan mee tu.. hmmm.. only if you dont critisize me left n right. I ni wpun dah masak benda tu 8.5 kali, rasanya tetap tak sama. How??
Ada apa dgn Bruce hinggakan dia dpt berseronok2 duk dlm rumah?

ANNE, terlupa nak jawab pasal puding pisang raja in custard sauce. Kalau pisangnya tu digoreng tanpa tepung, disusun dalam dish sopan2 and dituang custard sauce over it, taulah I. Resipi you camana? Sama tak?

Kalau takde pisang raja, I guna pisang nipah.

A`ah yang tu! Sedap kan?

Ada pisang nama nipah eh? Memang lah u pakar pisang-pisangan! I tak penah try ngan pisang tu. Tapi kalau pisang raja...guna yang ranum, dan dalam minyak goreng tu campor sikit butter..mmmm...harum!

Ada satu lagi puding yang I suka- sago puding dgn gula melaka and santan sejuk! Eh eh...perut I mengaum lah!

Pisang nipah is pisang abu tak?
Ehh ehh, kita ni asyik sama jer? I pun suka sago puding tu, takde santan, fresh milk pun ok.
